“ I had the pleasure of dining at Marco’s Oyster Bar & Grill (Jordan Branch) for the first time, and it was an amazing experience. Every dish was impressive, and the flavors were absolutely outstanding. The Wellington steak, in particular, was one of the best I have ever had—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. “ Marco’s Oyster Bar and Grill is hosted by Marco Wong who I met him in Brisbane. Tonight, we went to his Jordan’s restaurant. The food is delicious and especially my favour dessert Soufflé. Also, the live music performance was amazing. ”
“ Found this place randomly on Google Map and walked in on a weekday evening. Never knew this place exists because it is located at the far end of a small lane and the entrance is actually inside the hotel. We ordered an escargot as appetizer which was served super hot. The lamb rack was cooked medium well and the sauce tasted on point to go well with both the steak and the fries. The fries however tasted cheap and dry and just briefly heated before serving. Staff recommended 3 types of oysters to try. My personal favourite is the Scottish which were the most creamy ones among the 3. The place has a good vibe with other people celebrating birthdays and a live singer coming to each table for a song. The only feedback I could give is regarding the cleanliness of the plates. My plate had some stains on it and I cleaned it before using it. ”

The absolute highlight was the carbonara—by far the best I’ve ever had. It was rich and cheesy, with an enticing aroma. The egg yolk and the perfectly cooked pasta created a texture that was simply unforgettable. ”
